Thanks for your patience! Everything is nearly resolved. If you have any lingering issues just send us a message. The error was not caused by any player actions in the game. For example, completing the current event, killing bosses, or doing a quest would all be unrelated. You can play your character like normal. There is potential for the missing marks to allow for some bug abuse, so just send us a message if you encounter anything odd or unintended.
